IT IS ILLEGAL TO DISCRIMINATE IN THE PROVISION OF OR IN THE AVAILABILITY OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BECAUSE OF THE CONSIDERATION OF: 1. OR

Department of Corporations

For DC

LendingHome Funding Corporation ("Lender") requires that you obtain hazard insurance on the above-referenced property as a condition of obtaining an extension of credit.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBTAIN THIS INSURANCE THROUGH AN AGENT OR INSURER OF YOUR CHOICE. You may provide this insurance through an existing policy of insurance or through a policy to be obtained and paid for by you. Lender has the right to reject a given insurance policy based on reasonable standards uniformly applied, relating to the extent of coverage required and the financial soundness and the services of an insurance provider. Such standards shall not discriminate against a particular type of insurance provider or reject a policy because it contains coverage in addition to that required for the extension of credit.

For New Jersey

NOTICE TO THE BORROWER

YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE PROPERTY INSURANCE AS A CONDITION OF RECEIVING THE LOAN.

IF PROPERTY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED, YOU MAY SECURE INSURANCE FROM A COMPANY OR AGENT OF YOUR OWN CHOOSING.

For Ohio

The Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all credit worthy customers, and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. The Ohio civil rights commission administers compliance with this law.

For Oklahoma

Title Protection Notice pursuant to Oklahoma Statutes Title 46 Section 20(A).
Purchase-money loans only.

LendingHome Funding Corporation will be issued a title insurance policy to protect its interest as lender in the property securing your loan.

That title insurance policy protects only the lender's interest and will not provide you title insurance protection. You should seek independent, competent advice on whether you should obtain an owner's title insurance policy. If you wish to obtain an owner's title insurance policy, it must be obtained in a timely manner to avoid undue delay of the closing under the terms of the contract of sale.

For South Carolina

Please be advised that a waiver of foreclosure appraisal rights will be required for loans on South Carolina properties. The closing documentation for loans on South Carolina properties will include a statement to sign similar to the following:

The laws of South Carolina provide that in any real estate foreclosure proceeding a defendant against whom a personal judgment is taken or asked may within thirty days after the sale of the mortgaged property apply to the court for an order of appraisal. The statutory appraisal value as approved by the court would be substituted for the high bid and may decrease the amount of any deficiency owing in connection with the transaction. THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY WAIVES AND RELINQUISHES THE STATUTORY APPRAISAL RIGHTS WHICH MEANS THE HIGH BID AT THE JUDICIAL FORECLOSURE SALE WILL BE APPLIED TO THE DEBT REGARDLESS OF ANY APPRAISED VALUE OF THE MORTGAGED PROPERTY.

For Texas

CONSUMERS WISHING TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST A COMPANY OR A RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR SHOULD COMPLETE AND SEND A COMPLAINT FORM TO THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF SAVINGS AND MORTGAGE LENDING, 2601 NORTH LAMAR, SUITE 201, AUSTIN, TEXAS 78705.
